Migration from vSphere 8 to SUSE virtualization
vSphere 8 EOL is scheduled for October 2027. From then on, VMware will discontinue regular support and security updates for VMware vSphere 8. SUSE virtualization is a mature alternative to vSphere 8, built on proven open-source technology such as KVM and Linux with commercial support. SUSE helps you migrate in a controlled manner, without forced refactoring on day one.
