Here's How the Job Application Process Works
Ready to apply? Here are the five steps. You'll always know where you stand.
From application to job offer in up to 2 weeks

Please send your resume and cover letter
Apply through the job posting and include your resume and a brief cover letter. Can't find a suitable opening? Submit an open application.
- Step 2
Initial Interview
We'll get to know each other. You'll learn what the role entails and what it's like to work at SUE, and we'll find out what you're looking for.
- Step 3
Assessment
You'll take a personality test. If you're applying for a technical role, you'll also take a technical test.
- Step 4
Second Interview
We'll discuss the results and take a closer look at the role and the team. You'll also have a chance to ask your own questions.
- Step 5
You'll receive an offer
If we're both on the same page, we'll make you an offer and discuss the terms.
