As a Senior Project Manager at SUE, you are responsible for delivering impactful projects on time, within scope, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. You will work on challenging projects for organizations such as KNMI, Tidalis, and Schiphol, helping them advance their cloud and digital transformation journeys.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Project Manager at SUE, you will lead complex cloud and IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria together with stakeholders
- Translating strategic goals into clear project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and consultants
- Managing scope, budget, planning, risks, and dependencies
- Transparent reporting on progress, milestones, and results
- Proactively identifying and addressing risks and bottlenecks
- Managing contracts and collaborating with external suppliers and partners
- Applying common project management methodologies and best practices

- Native command of Dutch (written and spoken)
Skills & Knowledge
We would like you to bring the following with you:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering complex IT or cloud projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Solid experience with project management within IT and/or cloud environments
- Familiarity with project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- A project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
