We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter for our office in Geldermalsen.
Are you a recruiter who excels at coming up with creative solutions to attract top talent? Do you want to be part of a great recruitment team and be a valuable colleague with a lot of responsibilities? Then we’re looking for you!
As a Recruiter, you’ll work with the recruitment team to manage the entire recruitment and selection process at SUE—from sourcing the perfect candidate and conducting interviews to negotiating job offers. You know better than anyone where to find the best candidates and how to inspire these potential new colleagues and build their commitment to SUE. In addition, you’ll contribute ideas for other recruitment initiatives and help drive the continuous improvement of the recruitment process. Together with the team, you’ll take recruitment to the next level and achieve the set goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Shape SUE's marketing strategy and align it with our commercial goals.
- Make data-driven decisions, not guesses.
- Actively using AI in content, campaigns, and workflows.
- Experimenting with new channels and concepts, and adapting quickly based on results.
- Lead the marketing team and inspire the sales team to think outside the box.
Who You Are
- A completed associate's or bachelor's degree;
- Work experience in recruitment, preferably in an IT environment;
- A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
- You are proactive and results-oriented;
- You are a team player and flexible in your work;
- You are available for 40 hours.
