What are you going to do?
No two days are the same, but your goal is always clear: to ensure seamless administrative processing and flawless onboarding for projects and assignments. Your specific responsibilities:
- Contract & Order Management: You are responsible for reviewing order confirmations. As soon as the signatures are received, you immediately create the orders and projects in our system.
- Proactively Manage Contract Renewals: You closely monitor the expiration dates of current contracts. You proactively follow up on these renewals with brokers and clients, and ensure that the new contracts are reviewed and signed in a timely manner.
- Communications Consultant: You are the administrative point of contact for our consultants. You inform them about new assignments and clearly communicate regarding contract extensions.
- Onboarding & Compliance: You handle all aspects of onboarding a consultant at a client site. This includes entering identity information, requesting a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), and initiating and monitoring comprehensive screening requests.
- Client documentation: You ensure that specific client documents are accurately completed, signed, and uploaded to the various client portals.
Who are you?
As a Sales & Operations Support Specialist at SUE, you are the administrative backbone of our successful sales team. While the Sales Executives close the deals, you ensure that everything is handled seamlessly, efficiently, and accurately behind the scenes. Your role is primarily administrative, but because you’re constantly interacting with clients, partners (brokers), and our own IT consultants, your communication skills are just as important. You ensure that processes don’t grind to a halt and that everyone knows exactly where they stand.
Skills & knowledge
You’re someone who stays organized when things get busy, brings structure where needed, and gets a boost from checking items off to-do lists. We’d also like to see the following:
- College-level education and thinking skills.
- Experience in a similar (commercial) administrative or sales support role. Experience in IT staffing or consultancy a strong plus.
- You are extremely meticulous; you spot errors in contracts and ensure that data is entered into our systems with 100% accuracy.
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-focused. You enjoy picking up the phone or sending a concise email to a client or partner to check the status of a quote or renewal.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
- A proactive, hands-on approach: you don’t just wait around—you proactively identify when a contract is about to expire.
