Performance Marketer (B2B)

As a Performance Marketer, you focus on reaching and converting our target audience through SEA, SEO, GEO (AI visibility), and social media. You research questions, prompts, and keywords to understand how to effectively use online marketing channels and generate leads.

There is also plenty of room to explore other marketing aspects besides everything related to performance. Whether it's the technical management of our website, creating content, or designing visuals, we are curious to see what other skills you bring to the table. In any case, these are some of the tasks you will be working on:

• Performing in-depth keyword and competition analyses.
• Analyzing and improving technical SEO aspects such as site structure, page speed, and indexability.
• Advising on and optimizing on-page content and metadata in collaboration with the content team.
• Optimizing content and site structure for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to increase visibility in AI-driven search and answer platforms.
• Experimenting with new AI-driven discovery channels, monitoring performance, and translating emerging search behavior into concrete optimization strategies.
• Developing and managing Google Ads and other search and performance campaigns.
• Developing and managing LinkedIn campaigns and identifying and testing new social channels.
• Monitoring performance, reporting insights, and translating data into concrete improvements.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, energetic, and results-oriented. You like to be closely involved in the implementation and get energy from converting data, experiments, and insights into measurable growth. You are naturally curious, not afraid to test new ideas, and feel comfortable taking ownership of your channels—from strategy to optimization.

You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where impact counts. As part of a small and ambitious team, you will have the freedom to help determine how search, AI, and performance marketing are used at SUE. In addition, you are someone with whom colleagues enjoy working.

• A completed bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, Semrush, and Leadino (or similar).
• Basic knowledge of content strategy.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Affinity with tech, cloud, or IT. Experience within the IT sector is a strong advantage.

Experience and skills that are an advantage

• Technical background, experience with WordPress.
• Experience with content creation and/or design.
