As CMO, you’ll be part of the management team and help build the SUE brand at a time when AI is changing everything: how customers search, choose, and make decisions. You’re the first to spot these changes and aren’t afraid to try out new tools, channels, and ways of working right away—even when it’s a bit daunting. It’s okay to fail, as long as you learn quickly.
What you’ll be doing
- Shape SUE's marketing strategy and align it with our commercial goals.
- Make data-driven decisions, not guesses.
- Actively using AI in content, campaigns, and workflows.
- Experimenting with new channels and concepts, and adapting quickly based on results.
- Lead the marketing team and inspire the sales team to think outside the box.
