1. Assess & Plan
We start with a Cloud Readiness Assessment of your current infrastructure, applications, and workloads. Instead of moving everything to the public cloud, we use a cloud-smart approach, deciding which workloads should reside in the cloud and which should remain on-premise.
Our assessment balances benefits like agility and innovation against potential challenges such as cost, complexity, and skill availability. We identify cloud ready workloads, evaluate risks, and create a clear migration strategy with realistic timelines, governance, and budgets.
2. Build a Secure Landing Zone
Before migration begins, we set up a proven cloud foundation: your Landing Zone.
This is where cloud governance, identity, security, and networking are designed to scale.
Within three weeks, we can configure an AWS, Azure, or GCP Landing Zone that enables secure and compliant deployment from day one. It gives you the guardrails for cost management, observability, and control, the things you want to get right the first time.
3. Migrate & Modernize
Each application requires a workload-appropriate strategy. We determine the right approach, such as rehost, replatform, refactor, or rebuild, and execute with automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Our AI-driven software Re:App supports this process by documenting legacy systems and assisting in refactoring or containerization.
The result: secure, predictable migrations that reduce project time by at least 50%.
4. Operate & Optimize
Once workloads are live, our focus shifts to continuous improvement. We stabilize your environment, implement observability, and fine-tune performance to align with your business goals.
With Agentic FinOps, we monitor and optimize cloud spend in real time. Our in-house developed AI Agent scans your cloud infrastructure 24/7, detecting anomalies and potential savings opportunities. The agent provides clear recommendations, such as rightsizing resources or eliminating unused assets that cost your money. After human reviewing and approval, the agent can autonomously implement changes, streamlining the optimization process.
